  • Booking request: name, email, phone, preferred times, goal notes.
  • Diagnostic answers and scores, instructor feedback, correspondence.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We process data to schedule diagnostics, deliver coaching, answer enquiries, keep records and improve the service, on the basis of your consent, contract performance and legitimate interest under Закон України № 3997-IX «Про захист персональних даних».
