Terms of Service
1. Provider and scope
These Terms govern dataplpulse.com and online test-preparation coaching. Provider: LLC dataplpulse.com, EDRPOU 88891992, 14 Kontraktova Sq, Office 305, Kyiv, 04070, Ukraine. Email contact@dataplpulse.com; phone +380 676 042 1168. Managing Director: Robert Anderson. Service, price and terms are disclosed before contracting under Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію».
2. Services and education status
Coaching is independent test preparation, not state-recognised formal education or an official qualification. We do not guarantee exam results (Закон України № 2145-VIII «Про освіту»). Advertising is truthful and identifiable (Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу»).
3. Booking, payment and scheduling
Bookings are confirmed after payment. Prices and inclusions appear at checkout. Reschedule at least 24 hours before a session; late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited.
4. Cancellation, refunds and complaints
Cancel before the first paid session for a refund of unused fees, less payment costs; after start, refunds are prorated. Complaints: contact@dataplpulse.com; +380 676 042 1168 (reply within 10 business days). Consumer rights apply under Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів».
5. Personal data
We process enquiry, diagnostic and feedback data on a lawful basis under Закон України № 3997-IX «Про захист персональних даних». See our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Materials are for personal study only. Do not copy, resell, record or share them, or misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or post unlawful content.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or exam outcomes. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
