Refund Policy

1. Provider

dataplpulse.com, LLC, Business Center Kontraktovyi, 14 Kontraktova Sq, Office 305, Kyiv, 04070, Ukraine. contact@dataplpulse.com, +380 676 042 1168. We provide online exam-preparation diagnostics and coaching and are not a state-recognised educational institution.

2. Before you buy

Price, package size, instructor, format and validity period are shown before payment.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Free at least 24 hours before the session.
• Later cancellation or no-show counts as delivered.
• Sessions cancelled by us are refunded or credited in full.

4. Refunds

• Access not delivered, or our error: full refund.
• Test not started, request within 14 days of payment: full refund.
• Package: unused sessions refunded pro rata within 14 days if under half were used.
• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Not refundable: attended sessions, downloaded materials, expired validity, applied discounts.

5. How to request

Email contact@dataplpulse.com within 14 days of payment with your order reference. We confirm within 2 business days and decide within 10.

Email contact@dataplpulse.com or call +380 676 042 1168; we reply within 10 business days. You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
