Complaints and disputes are accepted at contact@dataplpulse.com or by phone at +380 676 042 1168. Cancellation and refund terms for paid coaching services are set out in our Terms of Service and are provided before you contract, in line with Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів».

Legal Framework

Pre-contract information is provided under Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію». Personal data submitted through enquiry forms, diagnostic tests and instructor feedback is processed on a lawful basis under Закон України № 3997-IX «Про захист персональних даних». Non-essential cookies and trackers are used only with your prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time, under Закон України № 1089-IX «Про електронні комунікації». Promotional statements are identifiable as advertising and do not guarantee results, in line with Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу».

Our test-preparation coaching is a private training service and is not state-recognised formal education or an official qualification under Закон України № 2145-VIII «Про освіту».
